30 Day Challenge Day 25
I'm going to add to the bad carb club...
I so didn't stick with the plan yesterday.
I think it was because the routine was completely jumbled by the weather and going to work hours late, school being canceled last night. Ugh
So I had mac n cheese, ham, and 2 bites of a rice crispy treat for dinner. Then proceeded to eat 7 totinos pizza rolls about 10:30 last night. Plus a south beach wafer thing 10 minutes after that. That's not including the pack of peanut m&m's I had at work. No idea what got in me...but I couldn't stop. Nothing satisfied.
However, I did a hard 20 minutes on the elliptical. Hubby wouldn't let me do more because my knee was killing me, darn cold weather took it's toll.
So, today, hopefully I'll do better??
B-egg, ham, cheese
S- Nuts? SF rice pudding
L- ham, swiss
S-protein shake? SF dulce de leche pudding
D- chicken
(plus starbucks later)
Plus my water and vits and hopefully 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Wish me luck! Ha ha.

I held steady yesterday. My weight is exactly the same (-4.2 lbs for the challenge). Calories were 1291 but protein was only 73. My tummy hurt until mid afternoon and once it started feeling better, I ate whatever sounded good. So bring on the carbs for me too- mini bag of popcorn, pretzel crisps and a banana. I hate that bananas have so many carbs cuz they are one of my favorite fruits. I still count them as OK and not a BAD choice. Also could never warm up yesterday so I sat around and did nothing. I didn't even workout on my Wii. I also drank very little yesterday cuz it seemed to hurt my tummy. Today is a NEW day!!
Plan for today: going to the gym this morning-no excuses!!
Protein shake for breakfast
ham/cheese mini sand for lunch
hamburger patty and salad for dinner
I need to make some more SF/FF pudding, I put half chocolate and half banana in the same cup and it's SO GOOD.

I know the doctor will be okay with my weight today since I'm the same as 6 months ago (the day before the July bbq). Course I would have loved some loss, but she told me enough was enough. It's NOT a gain. It's not a gain. I am also dealing with the weighing at the doctor thing. I am better with it but it's still an issue. Can't eat before I go and will barely drink and will wear as little as possible. Just stupid, but that's why I am here and why we all are.. it's called an eating disorder. But I am making great progress with it and it feels good.
So scale said 156.4 from 156 yesterday. Have NO idea where I was on day 1. Now THAT is amazing.

Yesterday was a weird day for me. Not sure what was up but my weight is this morning. I did good I thought, but I am retaining water really bad today and the scale shows it. Dang it.
Today is a new day...so
B-protein coffee drink
L-goulash
S-fruit cup
D-stack up in flat bread
S-SF pudding

1275 calories, 148.2 carbs, 104.2 protein, 68oz water, all vits and iron taken, no exercise. I just wasn't feeling yet so my goal today is to go walk possible run 3 miles just to jump start my want for exercise. After being sick I have taken it easy but I think it is time to get back on that horse! I am feeling so much better thank goodness. The only positive note about being sick was I broke the plataeu. I am down another lb today which puts me at 168. Now once I start pumping those muscles back up who know what will happen but I am happy with that.
Today's goals:
Not snack during the day so if the snack monster shows up tonight I will have some work room.
Stay under 1200 calories for the day.
Get at least 64oz water in.
Take all vitamens and supplements.
Do some sort of exercise.

I don't know how but scales are back down to my goal wt of 151. I ate like a pig yesterday. I've got to get out of the house today! I ate 4 biscuits yep you heard right 4 friggin biscuits!!! Not all at one sitting but throughout the day. Bought too many carbs last shopping trip. Will not be doing that again. It's like crack for me. Bought saltine crackers (for Layla to eat while she is here) well guess who can't leave them alone?!!! Sent them to her house. You would think I'm a bear eating for hibranation (sp) OK today getting out of the house and started the day better.
Today;
Breakfast-4 pieces of Sams pre-cooked bacon 2 pieces of SF 45 calorie bread
Lunch-1/2 cup of cottage cheese with splenda fruit ****tain
