Anyone ever have their stomach removed because of an ulcer?
Tami.....I know nothing about that but when I was a little girl....my dad had to have 3/4 of his stomach removed due to a ulcerated stomach !!!! Not sure if they still do that anymore though. Dr. Kim's support group is tonight if you want to go at 6:30.

Don't know her, but it's quite possible to live w/o a stomach, to which many stomach cancer victims can attest. I remember a bunch of family members in the news recently that opted to have their stomachs prophylactically removed, b/c their genetic testing revealed they had a very high likelihood of developing stomach cancer later in life ..
