Judi.. It is interesting and scary at the same time.. I mean if I regain my weight will they think less of me? It isn't that I plan to but it could happen.. And I have to agree with you the transition is mind boggling.. But I have loved it..
The people on the board make me so happy.. I think back to a speech by Jimmy V.. and he said that you need to laugh and cry everyday.. That you need to be moved by your emotions daily.. And that is what this board does to me.. And I am glad..
I have a small part so I am not too scared but I haven't done anything like this in years so it will be fun..
I soon will be half the person I was.. That has to be a great feeling.. I can't wait.. But I have done well so if I don't make it that is cool.. Speaking of making my body move in ways it hasn't in years I am going to buy a bike today so keep me in your thoughts over the next couple of weeks.. LOL.
Thanks on the congrats.. I am just lucky to have had this surgery.. I count my blessings daily..

That it is almost nine in the morning and I have already worked in my yard for about 45 minutes..
That Bo and Kirk time out of their busy schedule to email members..
That the sun is shining..
That I have many wonderful friends on the TMB..
That I am going to have lunch with my wonderful angel Rachel today..
That I am going to go buy me a bike today.. And hopefully ride it to work daily..

That is so funny to hear that he speaks highly of me because I hold high regards for him and Kirk.. Even though I only hung out with them for about 5 hours I loved every minute of it.. I still look back at that Saturday night as one of the most important nights in my life.. I will check out his site today...
I am so happy for him to be able to get plastics.. That is one of my goals.. But hell he knows he is in my prayers..

I have to say that I am loving this life.. I am doing so much that I haven't done in so long.. I love this surgery..
Let Bo know that I will be emailing him.. I think back to when I first met him in Arlington.. He made me feel at home and at peace.. I need to talk to him about plastics.. LOL..

T.. The eggs and bacon were great.. I was running behind today so I had to bust open a yogurt.. I really don't mind though..

As for Howard, I couldn't imagine me treating him any different.. Like you said he is a child of God.. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I treated him any different.. Plus I would be in so much trouble with my mom..

Honestly Ms Thang, how could someone not want you as their special P.. I am just lucky that you let me adopt you.. As far as making you smile all the time.. I try to treat others the way I want to be treated and sharing smiles is one way to make the world a better place.. Now as far as the oher stuff I don't know about all that.. I just try to be me and not get stupid with this surgery.. I am so lucky to have been able to go through this life changing surgery..
It is amazing that we have grown to be so close through emailing and a one hour meeting at a hamburger place.. But I don't think I would trade you for the world.. Well maybe if they kicked in a real nice car.. Wait, not even then.. I am so lucky to have you..

As a matter of fact I have seen all kinds of changes in the people that I am around.. Back when I was huge men didn't mind that I hugged their wives now some of them are worried about it.. Hell I am the same person just 225 pounds less.. I mean I think I am basically the same person.. Then I also have people that didn't talk to me before wanting to talk to me.. So I am on both sides..
I don't have many close friends that I would notice them treating me differently.. I allows try to treat others the way I want to be treated so I don't think I have changed.. The friends that are with me now have been with me since I was big and they helped me through it all..
I have noticed that men are sort of threatened by me now.. But I don't see why..
I hope this gets better for you..

That the sun is shining again and I love it..
That I am starting to help with the civic theater here.. We are doing Damn Yankees..
That I had a wonderful time this weekend.. I still have a hard time seeing myself as an inspiration but several people made me feel good this weekend..
That several people were kind enough to share some protien samples with me and that I didn't get pulled over on my way home with all that powdery substance..
That I don't mind having yogurt for breakfast..
That I have a great place to hang out here..

Y, That is so funny because I was thinking how strange it is to be considered an inspiration.. I guess because I am still in "FAT" mode.. I just don't see how I could be an inspiration.. But I look in the mirror and think "hey, it could be possible." But I regress back to letting you know that it would not have been possible if someone wouldn't have answered my email.. LOL..
I try to answer email within two days but I always don't get to it.. But like you said we need to take time and answer all questions if possible and help as many people as we can.. I hope to go to Houston this year and help someone like you all have helped me..
