Sushi & Sashimi



It is an individual thing some of us can tolerate rice....some cannot. It is up to you to determine what will "work" for you. My personal opinion.......1-2 pieces will probably not harm you. Like everyone else said.....the better option is the sashimi.......or eat 1 piece regular su****he rest sashimi! 1 piece will NOT OD you on carbs! But chew it well..... in small bites....and be aware that you might have "issues" W/ it. Eat a piece for me!.........I need to eat vicariously through someone sheesh!

I only ate about a quarter of one in about 3 bites. Not like the old days....by the six pack !!!
That **** is probably the most concentrated form of carb there is known to man.
Mashed, Compressed sweetened rice???? Carb Bomb for sure.
