what to buy after surgery.
You will not be eating much at all after surgery, so don't over buy. SF Jello will be soothing also.

The best thing I did before surgery was to freeze in ice cube trays any broth from roast beef, chicken and turkey that I cooked. Once frozen, the cubes can be stored in plastic freezer bags. Those frozen cubes were GREAT during the liquid phase post op....such a treat from canned or packaged mix soups.
i still skim off the fat and save the broth any time I cook those sorts of meat for the family so I can enjoy some low salt, nicely seasoned, homemade broth from time to time.

EAS Low Carb shakes, chocolate fudge, broth, starbuck's passion herb tea, sf applesauce for taking crushed pills, chewable bariatic advantage multi vitamins, under tongue b 12 at trader's joes, sf jello cups, sf pudding cups, cream of wheat, cream of chicken/mushroom soup but you have to strain it. I bought a strainer at walmart.
