That's what we call the loose skin on the upper arm when we lose weight.   :o)  jeani

Google "tricep exercises" (I think I spelled that right). One that my trainer does is light weights (I use 5-lbs), arms straight over your head. Bend at elbows toward back. Repeat 50 times, rest, then 40, rest, 30, 20, 10... There are tons of things you can do.

Go to youtube and put in tricep exercises or arm exercises and there are hundreds of them.  I love it.  Anything you could want to know something about is on there.   :o) Jeani

I have heard that the Shake weights are good for this.  Has anyone tried them?  I need to get started on my wings as well.

exercise works the muscles - it does not work the skin...   once skin is stretched out, if the underlying tissues are broken, it will not go completely back to "normal" no matter how much you work it...   building up muscle will fill it out, but how much the skin bounces back depends on genetics, age, and how long and how much you were overweight....

dat's the way it is...

Google "Skull crushers", I do them with dumbbells, and they work. The skin will rebound to some extent, but as Jeris stated, it's damaged and only so much exercise, muscle building will help fill up the loose skin.
