Content with my body Finnaly!!!

 I just wanted to share my joy, I have not gotten to my official goal yet but I feel completly comfortable with the weight that I am now. I don't think I have ever felt this comfortable in me own skin before! I feel like I have finaly found myself I have the confidence to be exactly who I am!

 That's so awesome to hear! Must be a wonderful feeling. I can't wait till I feel that way myself. I'm happy for you!

isn't this just the sweetest of all feelings. we may not look like movie stars and can find flaws and such but just feeling good about your physical self is such a joy. hating your body is hating yourself and making peace with your physical being is a great gift. Guess thats really the best thing I got from this whole sleeve thing.

And with this new feeling you will for sure get to that goal if you want to. write in and whoop it up when you do.  Diane
