How often do you vomit?

Only once, and foamies a few times.....always my own fault!  Every single time, I was starving to death because I was over 2 hours late for my meal, didn't pay attention to how fast I was eating (think wolf at a kill), ate at least one, probably three, bites too many, and paid for it.
I think the foamies were worse, I felt awful longer.
Either way, if you pay attention when you are eating to chewing, taking your time, and giving your body time to tell you when enough is enough, you will do fine and not have to learn the hard way like my hard headed self.
Take care.

After my first pain shot in the hospital i got the dry heaves but i can't take narcotic pain relievers, they make my nauseous,  so i quit taking the pain meds.  One time i ate and forgot i ate and ate again :o( well i got the slimeys,  very strange experience,  all this clear looking fluid kept coming up,  needless to say i have never done that again and at a year out on the 28th have had nothing but wonderful results.  Most of us have no problems.  good luck  ;o) jeani

I only vomited once, and I blame it on making some really dry tuna, and eating too fast. It happened the first week I was on mushie.

In the last 14 months I have only vomited once.  I was really stressed and I think that I took my vitamins and drank too fast on an empty stomach.

I've also never had the foamies, but once at two weeks out I really wished that I could have thrown up.
Don't be freaked out!

about to...or atleast could use doing it now...ate too fast....maybe have done it four times before...always because of eating too fast...you'd think I would learn...luckily it isn't anything like vomitting when you are sick...just kinda spitting up a lil bit of mucus...and sometimes whatever is stuck in your throat...speaking of which...I'm gonna go get this out...icky...foamies...yuck...

Ok I'm back...grilled deer backstrap is so dry and I took three bites before I realized I was already eating....if you space your bites out slowly and stop eating when you feel satisfied, which if you eat slow enough is usually 3 bites for me...you will never puke short of having problems like stomach bugs...for example, I can eat one small egg and a piece of bacon in about 20 minutes without problem. But if I try to shove them down in under 5, it will be making an appearence. For me the 'foamies' as people call them, cause a buildup of mucus to sit on top of the food in your stomach and that is what I throw up...rarely ever the food...tonight was some of that...luckily the deer was seasoned well and the taste coming up was pretty dang good...like a free bite...

A couple of times shortly after taking my multivitamin. I've found it tends to make me nauseous if I don't take it with food. BTW. what are "foamies" that people talk about on here?
