Two Year Surgiversary!!!"
This old blind man (visually impaired for the PC crowd) lives in the city and he walks his dog the same route every day. Along the way he stops to talk to the corner newspaper and magazine vendor. While the two men are conversing the dog walks over to the blind man's right leg and proceeds to pee on it. The dog finishes peeing and walks around to the blind man's left leg and sits down. Without even breaking his conversation the blind man reaches into his pocket and pulls out a dog biscuit. As he's reaching down toward the ground to give the biscuit to the dog the paper vendor grabs his arm and shouts "hey, that frigging dog just peed all over your leg and now your rewarding him"? The blind man replied "no, I have to find his head so that I can kick him up his ass"!
