question...
Find some adult chewables and take 2 a day. 1500 mg of calcium citrate (NOT carbonate), no more than 500 at a time and at least 2 hours between doses and don't take them with the multi-vitamin. Sublingual B12 as needed. Some folks take it once a day; I do twice a week and my B12 is high. That's one you just have to keep an eye on with your labs. You may not need iron, so check that with your doc.
I think it has more to do with what your body needs. The only new ones I take are the 2 Flintstone completes. I also take a vit B12 and vit D that I needed even before surgery. Maybe you see other people taking more because their body needs more. What does your surgeon want you to take? I would go by that, not what others do. Good luck in your journey!!
