I add sugar free french vanilla and decaf coffee to my vanilla and chocolate shakes...mmmm! Also u must try adding sugar free pistachio, cheesecake, banana cream and/or lemon jello pudding. I only use a tablespoon once a week in a shake as a treat (replacing my ice cream for dessert ritual). It's delicious...I almost feel like I'm cheating on my eating plan...but my NUT says its okay to have once in a while...NOT EVERYDAY!!!
