Last nights dinner........

- Grilled Beef Skewers w/grocery store steak seasoning. Each Skewer is about 1oz. by weight

- Sliced or diced English Cucumber, Radish, Onions, Bell Peppers.... w/Ponzu for a dressing.

- This is a great grouping of harder to digest foods that should stay in your sleeve longer.

THAT LOOKS AMAZING!!!

I have been meaning to ask you, where can I buy the lavesh bread?  I have been looking in different grocery stores for it, or something similar and i can not find it..  How many carbs are in it?

You should open up a WLS friendly restaurant.. Your dishes always look beautiful and delicious!!!

I buy my lavesh  bread at Walmart in the Deli department away from the regular sandwich bread.  It's sooo good.

Damn those look good!  Beef always keeps me full for hours and since my sleeve I can actually eat it again.  Couldn't go near beef with my band
