That looks so good. But after I had my gallbladder out in February i have problems eating hamburger it makes me run to the restroom. I love burgers but my body not so much now.
My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Looks beautiful!  Magazine quality---even the carrots look super duper orange!

One thing I've learned from your many photos is to treat myself better. I've basically ditched the paper plates and try to make my meals (particularly dinner) look nicer. Tonight I found an old margarita style glass and made my shrimp ****tail and veggies look fancy.

I look forward to seeing your creations for more ideas.

Very Nice Elaine!  I agree... I think Frisco said once before "Quality versus Quantity".

Impressive picture. I didn't know about the Oklahoma burger and I used to live on the border of it near where it supposedly started.

OK, yum!

Question: I know you under eat your sleeve, but eating 2 oz of meat per meal, how much protein do you get a day in maintenance? I am a little concerned because my sleeve seems very tight even compared to others about as far out as I am. I'm afraid I'll never have room for those veggies!

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Great question.......

I still do a protein shake either early in the day or at nite for a kinda dessert.....

During weight loss I didn't eat many veggies.......but since goal I have put them back in gradually.

I eat veggie only snacks most everyday for the nutrition and fiber. When I do eat veggies with a meal.... I do eat less protein.

Also... I would be lying if I told you I reached 90grams of protein like I'm supposed to....
