2 NSVs, 1 SV, and I'm Engaged!

This has been a busy week...

Dad was in the hospital, but now he's out and recovering at home. Lots of stress with a new home purchase-- looking at closing next week sometime. Grad school to start soon.

AND... I reached the 50 lbs lost mark! (SV)

AND... I increased my running intervals to 2 minutes of resting with 5 minutes of jogging at a higher speed than I was going before (2.5% incline, now 4.7 mph!). (NSV)

AND... I got engaged (after just over 6.5 years of being with my guy)! (Just wonderful news!)

AND... the ring fit, and it's much smaller than any of my other rings, and it would NEVER have fit before, so I suppose that's another non scale victory! It's still a bit snug, but I think that'll just mean that it'll fit perfectly when I'm at goal and maintaining my weight. (NSV)

Even with all the stress of my parents' health issues and school and finances and home and work stuff, things like all of these happen to remind me that life is good.

Have a great hump day, everyone!
