May Sleevers Checking In!
Hey everyone, how y'all hanging in?
I'm good-- had a heck of a weekend with the hurricane/storm whatever in NY... got mandated to stay at my hospital from Saturday at 7 in the morning until Monday at 7am... it was AWFUL!
One thing wasn't so bad though-- I'd thought to pack pan seared tuna steak, some egg white with cheese ommlettes, some cooked squash and some cheese sticks... enough for three days. I bought decaf coffee with skim milk and drank my crystal lite in water and did just fine food wise. :)
I didn't get to exercise, but I'm still hoping that having stuck pretty much to plan, that I'll be close to or below 200lbs when I weigh myself in the morning.
How are you all doing?

Hanging in there. I'm in a bit of a stall right now, but I think it's from not eating enough calories. Yesterday was like 630. I'm just not interested and nothing really feels good. No pain it just doesn't sound appealing. Oh well, here's hoping for a few more lbs. for this months total!!!
Keep up the great work and stay dry!!!

Hmmmmm - my ticker seems to be broken????!!!!

At least you were safe! Glad you and others survived the storm.
This month has been frusturating for me. Seems I'm in some sort of stall/pause also. Juggling with a couple pounds gained and loss. The yo-yo effect, I guess. I tried increasing my water...protien...even execersing every day. I even been tracking my food on myfitnesspal.com for the past couple months WHICH I might add I love. If you use myfitnesspal.com add me...I'm "twinklets".
Last night my emotions got to me and started crying. For me to cry takes alot. My husband thought something was seriously wrong. But...I figured my body is going to do what its going to do and there is nothing I can do about it except keep up my bargain of the deal.

TOM for me the scale always goes up by almost two
hate that I only lose for three weeks then a small gain. Then it usually
melts off but I always get freaked out. I was hoping for more of a loss today cuz my weigh day is Tuesday's but I went up so now I'll be weighing everyday until it goes down again
I hate that feeling!!
I would have thought I lost at least 5 lbs with the temps here Hoovering around 110! :/
Fingers crossed for next week

Hey lady!
Sorry to hear about the long haul; I know that they were making a lot of folks do unimaginable shifts to be safe. Aack.
Today is a really good day for me to check in; For a couple of weeks, I had been in a "small" - not quite a stall, because I was still losing about a pound, but nowhere near what I wanted to see. This last week, it broke, and I lost more than 3 lbs. Yay!
And even better, I was officially 158 this morning, which was a major goal for me - I am, for the first time since College, not obese. Still overweight, but not obese! I think I will celebrate with a chobani yogurt! *grin*.
Seriously though, things are good. I am shrinking out of the replacement slacks I bought in early June, and will have to go buy a few more pairs of 10-12's. That is blowing my mind, considering I was in 22W's in May.
So that's my check-in :)

Doing pretty well, thanks for asking! As of Sunday night I weighed myself at 242.6 lbs which means I've lost a total of 87.4 lbs since May 10 (beginning of liquid diet). Pretty proud of myself, last week I hit the halfway mark to my goal. Getting in protein and calories is still a struggle, as always. But little improvements everyday. Hope everyone else is well.
