Nectar brand, available at Amazon.com. It's lactose-free, in case you have issues with the milk-based protein powders. The Fuzzy Navel flavor is amazing! I hear the other flavors are great, too. It's not sickeninly sweet, and it won't fill you up like the chocolate milk ones.

I've been using the Kellogs protein powder that you can mix with water.  I have pink lemonade, and I really like it.  One serving has 30 calories and 5 grams of protein.  I bought mine in the pharmacy section (by the diet aids) of a grocery store (Cub Foods).
