My Butt hurts.... any tips

I can not be the only one with this problem.  My butt bone hurts...all the time.  The only time it doesnt hurt is laying down. 

Does anyone have any ideas for how to fix this problem???

I heard this is a common problem, but sorry no tips I haven't got there yet

 I feel my butt bones (not my tailbone) when I sit on something hard.. No ideas other than pick the cushiest seat, and I'm trying my hardest to work my glutes and build some muscle there in hopes it helps with this and FAS (flat-ass syndrome.)

OMG... Right?? Is it the craziest thing ever that you sit down and it feels like your freaking bones are touching whatever you're sitting on? Lol! Wait until you weigh under 150!! It's a trip, for sure. I carry a seat cushion thingy in my car for football games because it's truly painful to sit on the bleachers!!

Stand up and move around a lot!!  Burns more calories, so it's all good!

I was noticing this at the gym and thought it was just the way I was sitting . . . trying to get comfy on a yoga mat and I could feel my tailbone and my hipbones . . . that hasn't happened in YEARS!!

You are SO not alone!  I bought a memory foam pillow last week and sit on it all the time.  It helps, but sometimes I just have to stand.

Yes, it's awful. I suppose it's loss of muscle? Not to mention all that fat, too.

butt bone(s), hips, knees, ankles... either I bump them on things or they get sore when I sit/lay.
