,Hooray for you, you go girl, thanks so much for posting I am three years out and maintaining nicely but there is always that fear of will it last to five and seven years and you have brought me that encouragement that it will as long as I work it.I can totally relate to your story the part where people think I have always been this size lol...you look absolutely amazing I can't tell you how grateful I am for your post at there are not many veteran posts here and even in the graduates forum so thank you again cheers to you and all your success.

I agree with everyone else - you look amazing!  Thanks so much for your post.  I am so happy with my sleeve, but am only 8 weeks post surgery, so I'm still on that pink cloud.  Knowing that there is long term success, if one continues to work at it, gives me lots of hope for the future.  I too agree that inner changes must occur if the outer changes are to continue.  I am working on the whole me, not just on how I look.

Thank you for stopping in!  We are always interested in hearing from those really far out.  I think you might be the furthest out from VSG I've seen on this board yet!

Congrats on your success and thanks for sharing your story.  Truly inspirational.
