Hi guys -

For the first time in my adult life, I weigh under 200 pounds!

I remember being 200 when I got my driver's license at age 16... and I remember being 310 pounds a few years ago....

Is this life, or Memorex!?!?!

ONDERLAND! Congrats!  That has to feel amazing!   I know I was like 250 or something when I got my permit at age 15, so I have no idea if/when I ever weighed under 200!

Congratulations, that's a great milestone.  When meeting you the other day, I would have never thought you were once overweight.  You look great!!  Goal is in sight.

Haha!  Thanks so much for your kind words.... it's funny how our paths sometimes defines our preceptions, doesn't it?  You statement implies that I'm now not overweight, although any doctor would disagree!  I do feel much better, and more importanly, I don't hate mirrors quite as much as I used to.  Stairs aren't a big deal any longer.  But when we met, I was 110 pounds below my maximum weight.  I should post pictures I suppose.

And not having to get the biggest size at the clothing store is such an amazing feeling... my question now is "which size is best for me", it used to be "I wonder if I can happen to squeeze into the largest size they have".

BTW, you're looking great yourself!
