It has been 3 days. My abdomen rolls and rolls and rolls. Seems odd it does it with every drink I take.

I can't seem to burp or toot any of it out. I have walked, walked, walked, and gone through a whole box of gas-x strips.

HELP I AM IN GAS HELL

I was like that for a week after surgery.  Pure misery.  My doctor ordered a sublingual PPI for me at my pharmacy and it worked wonders.  You may want to give the office a call and see if they can do the same.  Gas-X was no good for me.

Welcome back!!  My painful gas finally went away after almost two weeks.  I swear, everytime I took a breath, I thought I was having a heart attack.

Stop the Gas-x! Once I did that I finally started getting rid of it. The Gax -x breaks it down into smaller parts......doesn't make it feel better for me!

I found that sleep in a Recliner with my legs up higher than my chest for a long time opened a path. It was the only I could pass gas.

Glad that helped...I'm still dealing with it one week out.  Nurse told me it would take up to 2 weeks to get rid of it all!!!

It took almost 2 weeks for me. I started sleeping on my stomach at about 1 1/2 weeks and that is what really started helping
