OK..... So I'm minding my own business...... about 3AM..... This dorky Infomercial is on..... I had seen it a few times...... But, I was researching some egg dishes at the time.......

So I go onto eBay and find this thing for I think like $15 plus another 8-10 for the Oval Tray.......

Frickin thing works pretty good !!!!

Smoked Chicken, onion, red bell pepper, basil, Havarti cheese Frittata served on a bed of Spinach topped with and Artichoke Bruschetta Spread(Trader Joe's) and 3 cheese.(added a touch of milk for fluff)

Perfect Size One Egg Frittata !!!!!

I have an attachment plate to my George Foreman grill that has this oval looking thing. I guess that's what it's for, eh?

(You know I don't cook right? It took me, literally, all day to make a cake today for my husband's 40th birthday).

Wow! I'm totally batting my eyes at him so he'll make me this... although, these days I'm ALL about a poached egg with a little bit of Frank's Hot Sauce on it. OMG.

I didn't want to straight up admit it.....I got got by the obnoxious both of them.....

I had lobster omelet/frittata on my mind when I succumbed to the pan shapes......

I'm gonna try Crab Stuffed Mushrooms next on this other pan that came with it.....
