I eat this a few times a week with either Cabbage or Lettuce....

Sesame Oil
Chili Oil
Toasted Slivered Almonds
Cilantro
Crushed Sesame Seeds
Colemans Mustard
S&P

2.2oz (wt) Roasted Chicken

Maybe month 5 or 6 I was eating everything.......lettuce before nuts.... (did that sound right?)

Colemans Mustard.....dry.....sprinkle to taste after the light dressing of oils......

Are the oils a marinade for the chicken?  Is the cabbage cooked...see I have ALL these ingredients

Nope....just to dress the veg.....veg is raw.....

I always try and chop the lettuce or cabbage pretty fine...holds more flavor.....
