The more you drink.....the more you shrink......

I always bring a 75oz jug of water with me to work every day. BUT....that doesn't mean I drink it. The thing that has helped me the most is setting my cell phone alarm. It goes off every 5 minutes. When it goes off, i take a big drink and hit "snooze". Repeat. That really helps me to remember to drink. Good Luck!

25oz blender bottle, filled with diluted Crystal Light.. I get at least 3 full ones in a day, usually 4.. plus my coffee, shake & teas. I do the same, eat, pound entire bottle- still takes a while, eat.. repeat. One bottle between ea meal and I'm usually at a minimum of 75oz of water alone a day.

I use 16oz water bottles. Dump a crystal light (or my fave is the sugar free arizona green tea stix, shake. I try to have one before I let myself eat my next meal/snack. I record it on MFP and aim for 6-8 of these bottles per day.

My weapon is my 28 oz Blender Ball--I love these things!

I'll either start out w/12 oz of coffee and 1 to 1 1/2 scoops of protein for breakfast or 4 oz of water and 1 scoop of protein. I'll add to that a full 28 oz. of water that I must drink prior to my 1 o'clock lunch then have another 28 oz hoepfully before leaving work at 5. I try to drink 12 or 28 add'l oz that night, especially when I go to the gym (which makes it a piece of cake when I sit an hour in the sauna).

Whatever it takes! I found out my weight loss is steady when I get more water in. However, I wasn't able to drink this much water until my 5th month so for some it takes a little more time.

I have realized that if I take water with me either to the treadmill or for a walk outside, and drink every few minutes, I can get alot more fluid in for the day!  The alarm on the cell phone works too, I had to do that at first to make sure I was getting in enough fluids. Now at 5 weeks out, I don't even measure fluid intake anymore, I know I'm getting enough down. Good Luck!!

Are you all waiting 45 minutes after you eat to drink?  I am struggling with getting the water in... so many great ideas here.  Thanks!  I think I will try the 20 oz rule.  I am 3 weeks post op tomorrow and water is still making me nauscious, even with Crystal Light Pure in it.  So struggling.  But will press on.  It is obvious tha****er intake helps flush our bodies of toxins and the extra weight.  So I will do what I must to succeed!  Currently getting about 32 oz... so I will endeaver.
