So as you all know I have been on here several times complaining and whining because I don't have any energy, don't wanna work out, lack drive, etc., etc.

Well...the last few days I have made a HUGE breakthrough!! I start really forcing water down my throat - sounds violent, but it's not :) And I cannot explain the difference I feel!! It has made a WORLD of difference!! I feel better emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I thought I might need to get on an anti-depressant, but I thought I needed to try everything before I even go there!!

I just want to say thank you to all my OH friends!! You guys have been AMAZING at helping and encouraging me and now I wanna do the same thing! I was able to workout today, a kickbox-type workout for 40 minutes and I STILL feel great afterward!! I was walking last week for 30 minutes and feeling like I was going to die after!!

So thank you! I encourage the rest of you - WATER - it's cheap, awesome, and will change your weight loss journey!!

Thanks SO much!! It feels great. Everyone kept saying to drink but I was trying and not succeeding. Well now I have my water bottles and I can see my progress - SO much easier for me right now. I kinda over-water but I don't care :) It's working!!

I've also found that I feel better getting my water in. I can't stomach anymore crystal light. Just plain water is great!

YES! Exactly. I was trying Vitamin Water Zero and just thinking my protein drinks are enough. But I am litterally forcing water down and it's getting easier and better!! I LOVE it now - finally - and I LOVE what it's doing for me :)

Thanks!

Hey girl!! Glad to see your face!! And you are too sweet! I am telling you - this is what is working for me!! No more bad moods. No more unnecessary fatigue, etc. I am in LOVE! lol! I am actually drinking smar****ers for now, cause they are 32 oz. It helps me to see it visually. If I drink 2 a day I will be doing GREAT! As it is right now, I drank HALF of ONE yesterday and I still feel like a new woman!! So It's my goal to drink 1.5 today!! I am almost 1 down, just a .5 to go!!

I know you can do it girlie!! Hang in there :)

Thanks SO much!! I am so greatful that I talked to everyone on here and really listened to what was working for other people!! But this one TAKES THE CAKE!! I am telling you - all my previous problems are no more! I feel way more in control!! I am sure a few weeks after surgery it is normal, but I am 6 weeks out and I knew I needed a change!!

Good luck on May 29th! Will be praying - keep us posted!!
