Hi Gabby, I know how you feel. Woke up today and had gained 2 pounds.
I decided to not sweat it. You are doing all the right things and it will change.
Whine and vent all you want. We are the people who undertand and support
you. We all have our moments. Starbucks sounds good right now. You hang
in there. I am getting out my pom poms and cheering for you. You are looking
good lady.

Hi Gabby
So sorry you're going through this stall business. It sucks. I'm 8 weeks out today and have been in what I'm calling a quasi-stall for a few weeks. As I said in reply to someone else today, my scale is moving down about as fast as a snail stuck in molasses in a snow storm. It's better than no moving, I agree, but still...............
You are doing everything right -- keep doing it and you'll see results. This whole journey seems to be about learning more than nutrition and exercise...........it's learning patience and dedication and constant vigilance so we are mindful at all time about everything we do.
You have lots of cheerleaders here.........vent whenever you need to! I don't think you whined at all! Sometimes, we just have to express ourselves about things not going the way we want them to!
Hugs and best wishes to you!

Awww I understand!!! I am just over a week post op and since my surgery have only lost 6 lbs and I though it would be more than that... I know I am considered a lightweight but I still have lots of fat to lose... We will rock our sleeves!! We are entitled to have down days! We are human.. Big hugs Gabbz!!! You are doing everything right!
