Wow - you look amazing in that little black dress!  It sounds like you've really found a great balance.   Do you feel your level of restriction has changed at all in the last two years?

Good luck with your plastics!  Are you getting both your arms and TT at the same time?

Nutshell:

Lost 140 lbs with VSG. (Hooray!!)

got pregnant  (yeaaaa!)

got cancer (boooo!)

regained 40 lbs.   (grrrr!)

In summary: Alive & Grateful.

Thanks:), I am working hard at the balance.... working with a holistic nutritionist for a bit has helped.... self-accpetance is key!
Yes, my level of restriction has changed... I can eat a bit more at each meal, and when I am full it feels better, more "normal"... i never honored my fullness level before, so this is a new, good thing!  I rarely have the "too full" issue, but the other day had an issue with a bagel... ouch!  Don't know if that helps... stilll have great restriction, just depends on what i eat.  Potato chips or oreos are complete sliders... ugg!:)
Yes, I am getting the arms and TT done at the same time.  I am excited and nervous.  :)
Life aint always beautiful, but it is a beautiful ride!           Imagine what you could do, if you could not fail!

Ticker reflects weight loss post-op.  Lost 14 pre-op.
