I got three bags,  of Bariatric advantage Caramel Calcium Citrate Chews, and I cant do those.

Of the entire surgery process eating them were the other thing that ever made me sick, lol

I have 3 bags unopened and a half bag left. If anyone wants them I will be happy to throw them in the mail for you, they have been sitting here and I really would hate to throw out 20$ worth the product.

Can anyone reccmomend me a calcium citrate supplement that they are using?

The caramel ones are the worst nutritionally!

I use just a calcium citrate chewable I get at target.

Yea I heard that too. It looks likes 80-100 cals. I would rather take some softgels or something I can swallow than waste the extra cals too.

I was taking the tablets but the dr said to find somehting that will dissolve quickly.

Please share what you get from Target.
I have never seen a chewable citrate there either and I had a pharmacy clerk help me search.
I order powdered Upcal D from amazon. It dissolves in liquids/foods. I am bad at taking it though.

Wow, I love them! The caramel are my faves. My Nut says they are like candy around the office even! I threw out the bag when I bought them though since I put them in a dish. How bad are they?! I also got raspberry and have them mixed in the dish, so I usually have one raspberry and one caramel, twice a day.

I will add that my Nut says I can now switch to regular calcium cit and don't need the chewables any longer.

I'd say I'd take yours since you can't use them, but the other replies are making me wonder!
