Be Carful!
I'm going to tell you what I did, although you may not be. Around 6-7 months I started to "stall" although It was not a stall cause then at 8 monhts I still was not loosing. I was eating around my sleeve. I never thought I would do that to myself but not really thinking about it, I did. I contacted a very well known vet on here and she has been working with me on what I have to do to keep loosing.
#! Track all foods!
#2 600-800 Cal.
#3 40 or less carbs.
#4 70 plus proetin
I have been doing all this with her tips of course and NOT feeling hungry at all. In just the last three days, I have already lost 4 pounds!
You can do it, just stay with it and don't let it get out of control!
Take this for what it's worth......
Everyone knows about the 3 Week Stall..... happens a lot.
Everyone should know that WL slows at around the 6 month mark......hence the term "Honeymoon Period"
9 outta 10 times........Your eating to much......
Lots of people on a 1000-1200 cal program will have there WL come to a crawl or stop.
Remember.... it's not up to me to prove it.....it's up to you to find out for yourself..... it's all right here on this forum.....go back several years and you will see the trend......
