" stair step loser"?
Yup. What they said. You can see on my profile (scroll all the way down to the bottom), I put my weekly and monthly numbers up. The weekly show you. One week I lose nothing, the next 3, etc, esp around 270 pounds or so. Things are a little more wonky now that I'm approaching a "normal" weight.
Note: I started at 375, do NOT compare results, everyone is different and loses their weight differently.

Okay you all thanks so much I was wondering about that and that is how I lose it seems at first it was a slope now in will go down some then nothing really then another drop but where I was on a 3 week stall and then this week I have lost only 1 pound it has me kinda freaking out that maybe I am pretty much done.
