World according to Eggface has lots of pizza recipes using low carb tortillas.  I made a couple last week with reduced fat turkey pepperoni, no sugar added tomato sauce, and some cheese and spices.  Tasted great.

I love to order pizza and eat the topping with maybe a bite of the crust. It quick and easy and I eat so little that it really doesn't add too many calories to my day......

I just use the toppings without the crust and melt it all in the oven with pizza sauce!!

My four favorite pizza craving killers:

1) boneless skinless chicken thighs.  Put turkey pepperoni on top, some sauce, some part-skim mozzarella. Bake until done.

2) Joseph's lavash is only 25 calories for a quarter sheet with lots of fiber (get the oat bran and flax ones).  Bake at 425 for a few mins (say 7 or 8) to crisp before building the pizza on top.

3) Parm cheese mix with asiago and mozzerella (about an ounce) spread on a shiny paper plate.  Put turkey pepperonis on top.  Microwave about 1:20 (your time may vary****il it makes a cheese crisp.  Very tasty!

4) Put 1 wonton wrapper in a muffin tin (I usually make a bunch of these to fill the tin and eat them over time).  Bake at 425 for a few mins until a little brown.  Then put some ricotta cheese in the bottom.  Turkey sausage or pepperoni on top of the ricotta.  Some sauce on top of that and then cheese.  Bake for 10 to 15 mins until bubbly and brown on top.  The wonton wrapper is only 20 calories so not too bad.

Lavash Flatbread works......look at labels cause they vary, California Flatbreads and Josephs are about the best.
