Ladies and gentlemen ...... I FREKING DID IT !!! 127 days out

I am 127days out 4 months 8 days and

I HAVE LOST 100 POUNDS!!!!

Today

I am freaking SO happy

I started out wearing a size 26-28
I tried on clothes yesterday and in tops
I'm 14-16 pants 18-20...

I cried in the dressing room for 20 min
The ladies that worked there were SO nice they kept checking on me!!!

I have 56 pounds more to loose to get to my Doctors recommended weight of 180lbs!!!

I CAN DO THIS ...AND I WILL DO THIS!!!
My next smaller goal is to get under 230lbs byApril 25th
My next BIG goal is to get under 200lbs
By 1 year anniversary which is oct 24 th

These are attainable goals FOR SURE
As long as I stick to my plan!!!!

I cannot thank you ALL enough...
All of the newbies please stay on target...and on plan!!!!
