What low carb chai do you use or what is your recipe? I love chai latte's, but only have seen the Big Train fit frappe. It's very good, but not low carb.

I make it at home.

I just make 1/2 cup of hot tea made with water with any chai tea you like. Then I add in sugar free french vanilla Coffeemate and 1/2 and 1/2 (Breve). Sometimes if I have some heavy whipping cream around I'll use it instead of the Breve.

I don't count or worry fat, so the Breve and Heavy Whipping cream fit into my diet just fine.

Some people watch their fat, and in that case use more Coffeemate instead of Breve..

I also order Chai Teas made this way at 5bucks. Grande Chai tea made with a tea bag, with 1 inch of Breve and 2 pumps of SF vanilla sweetener.
