Substitute for Nachos?

Does anybody have any ideas for a low carb way to substitute nachos?  I'm thinking maybe pepper strips in place of the tortilla chips.  Those were probably my favorite junk food pre-surgery. Any ideas?

Pepper strips with the jalepeno laughing cow wedges is the best I can think of.  Or make turkey taco meat and turn them into lettuce wraps?  What do you miss?  The taste? The crunch?

(Greek yogurt as sour cream?)

I think it's the taste.  Thanks for the suggestions!

Microwave turkey pepperoni until crisp like a chip (not chewy, crispy). Then top them with your favorite nacho goodies. You can microwave or bake them till warm. Awesome, seriously!

Depending on what you put on them you wont be able to eat too many. So don't make a big plate of them!!

I do taco salad. I had beans to my favorite restaurants taco salad. I get the crunch from the lettuce. That is also something I miss.

I posted about these the other day.  You can break them into pieces, sprinkle them with chili powder and cheddar cheese and nuke them for about 30 seconds.  They have 20 calories each and 4 grams of carbs.
