Thank you Kelly-Anne :-)  You're so right -- being able to do pretty much anything we want to do now makes all we've gone through worth everything.

You're so close to goal now -- you must be very excited!  You've done such a great job!  Be proud of yourself!

I'm 15# from my doctor's goal for me and losing even slower than before, but inches are going down. I've started doing resistance training and the elliptical at the Y 3 days a week instead of swimming, and can tell it's going to help with the droopiness, although it certainly won't fix it all. I love being able to listen to my book while exercising, and just started listening to a 14 book series. I can also take my iPad and watch Netflix, but then they'd never pry me off the elliptical. lol

I've decided to focus more on strength and endurance rather than the scale for now, since it isn't cooperating. I'll stick with my eating plan, of course, but am trying to not let the scale define my day.

Thanks!  Exciting, nerve-wracking, there's a whole slew of emotions involved.  I'm trying to keep my eye on the prize :)
