I thought I might get an email or some notice about where to pick up my 100 lb loss commemorative tag. Do they come in the mail? Do you have to bribe someone? What's a guy gotta do?

In the search engine type century club card and it will direct you to download it. I even printed one out for my wallet just to try and keep me on track, lol.
