VSG on 05/10/13

I had surgery done on Friday. It was supposed to be a DS but my surgeon only felt confident doing a sleeve for my safety. I was dissappointed at first but I'm ready to work the hell out of this sleeve. I'm getting discharged from the hospital tonight so I'm really excited about that. I just wanted to say hi!

You will love your sleeve. I am 6 weeks out and having no problems. Please remember to sip and sip some more. You do not want to get dehydrated.

Surgery date - 04/03/13; Goal date - 11/10/13 (I reached goal in 31 weeks & 4 days)

Congratulations!! I'm sure you'll be very happy with your sleeve....lots of people on here are. :) Good thing is you are starting on the right foot with a positive attitude about working the hell out of your sleeve. I am 20 days post op and am super happy so far.
