. Hope you all are enjoying your weekend. I spent the morning running errands and now I'm kicking back and relaxing. I have the house to myself while hubs is attending a training class. I'm enjoying it to the fullest....and it doesn't include a food fest. THIS is a first!!!

TOM has completely drained me. It's much worse than usual and I'm not cleared for beef (my usual pick-me-up during TOM) and not crazy about taking Iron supplements outside of my multi.NEXT!
B: coffee, 3/4 c lowfat cottage cheese, 1/4 c blackberries
S: Premier Protein Shake
L: 2 oz turkey pepperoni, 1/3 c lowfat shredded cheese, 1/3 c prego pasta sauce (very delicious heated in the microwave)
D: 4 oz chicken breast
Water: doing ok, could improve
Exercise: 45 mins cardio, 20 mins weights
V: on track
Breakfast: coffee, not hungry
Lunch: Hooter's - Fried Pickles, 25 chips (half plate)
Dinner: Perdue - Ground Chicken Burger Pattie, 4 ounces
Bush's - Black Eye Peas, 1/2 cup
Zatarans - Jambalaya With Sausage, Bellpepper, Onions 1/3 cup
Water: done
Vitamins: done
Exercise: walked in farmer's market for 1/2 hour

You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!
Little late to this post but...
B-Coffee, creamer, 2 eggs, 1 sl cheese, hummus, bacon, mini flax pita (sandwich)
L-Starbucks skinny latte, 1/2 beef N cheddar from Arbys, 3 fries
D- YUMMMM... Hibachi teriyaki chicken, rice, mixed veggies, salad and yum yum sauce (4 oz isn't much)
S- Cheese-its RF, 4 Thin mint cookies
