Just keep taking baby steps and you will get there. I was sleeved 13 months ago and have lost about 114 pounds. I want to lose about 50 more and it is proving to be the hardest 50 ever. But I wont give up.

You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!

Those last couple of pounds are the hardest. Lets never give up and keep a positive outlook and remember where we started.

I bet you feel amazing!!!!  Congrats on all your success so far.  You can reach that goal, we all can with a little extra hard work but the results are so worth it.  You've got this.  Best of luck to you!
