Intended to swim for an hour, but once I got in the pool, my body felt like dead weight from the first stroke, so i managed about 20 minutes, and called it a day.

I just posted on yesterday's thread...oops.

Well as I said on THAT one...I've been sicky sick for 2 days. I attempted to ignore it yest and almost passed out and fell off my elliptical. Today...no cardio, but did get in stretches and squats ( only 2 sets of 10...but doing them right now). Tomorrow back to routine and cardio ( and to my doctor).
