I really appreciate your kind words and encouragement. Not gonna be easy, but I think I'm up to the challenge -- especially with all the outpouring of friendship here and MFP.
You're doing a amazing job -- keep it up........and be proud of yourself!

I want you to know how awesome I think you are! You have a great attitude and I've got my fingers crossed that you can go on your vacation and have a fantastic fun time and then come home and get to fighting the battle of your life. You've already showed your determination with your weight loss!
Thinking TONS of positive thoughts for you,

How very kind you are. Thank you. I'm in it to win it as the saying goes. Not gonna let a bunch of mutant cells get me down!
With all the hugs and good thoughts and prayers, it will make the battle easier for sure.

I know you will fight this, you have proven you're a fighter.
I understand that you want to continue your weight loss, but cancer treatments can often cause precipitous loss. Please listen to your doctors and take care of yourself. Your body will need lots of nutrition to stay strong during chemo!
All my prayers and good thoughts go with you. Keep us posted.

Vy, I've been remiss for much too long. Without your support and encouragement, I'd never have signed up with MFP. Between OH and MFP, I have the best support system around. You were the one *****ally got me to move my sorry butt and sign up there. Thank you.
Yes, I sure will be heeding your advice. I pretty much know I can't undereat much longer -- at least once the radiation starts. If things go as planned, I'll have 5 weeks of daily radiation with one day of very light chemo each week, then surgery. I know I'll need to boost my calories. But you know how some of us get -- we think we are super human and can do it all. Right now, I'm living in LaLaLand but know that will come to a halt soon enough.
Thanks, too, for the thoughts and prayers -- I believe they are powerful.
