Need help with concerns vets!!!
I'm very strict on myself... I wanna make sure I make the most of the "honeymoon" stage! I also want to make sure that I eat in a way that will keep the weight off when in maintenance. After all I was told by my Dr... That if I didn't make the changes during weightless then when I can start to eat more I won't keep it off. So I thought this was the way to go!
I definitely agree with everyone about testing your blood sugar and staying hydrated, but another possibility is that you're not drinking the right things. If it's hot and you're sweating a lot, you also need something with electrolytes to replace what you're losing in sweat. Sports drinks like powerade have electrolytes as well as carbs, so that may be why you felt better. They do make low carb sports drinks you can try as well.
