Question about UNJURY...?
That's hard to say. I like the Unjury chicken broth, and am not into making my own. If you have a broth you make and love, then I'd get the unflavored and mix it in.

We got the Unjury Chicken soup and it's great. Hadn't used it for a while but when I had a cold a coupla months ago and didn't feel like eating (or cooking anything)....bam there it was! Got my protein in.
For the Chicken mix, you have to let the water cool to 125 degrees or so, throw in an ice cube or some cold water to hurry it up. I just run my keurig to get 8 oz of ho****er and got a digital thermometer to make sure it's the right temp.
I do happen to like the Unjury Chicken Soup protein and still use it on occasion. Never tried the unflavored in broth, but I could see the advantage of trying it with beef broth if one prefers that flavor. I did mix the unflavored in with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese and chicken salad and stuff early on to boost the protein content.
Hi,
I have tried both, and I prefer the unflavored unjury in chicken broth. I buy the swansons 99% fat free broth in the cardboard boxes, and mix the unflavored protein powder into it. I tried the Unjury chicken broth, and just didn't like it as well. I think you may have to try both and decide for yourself. Like so many things post-surgery, its just a matter of taste!
Best of luck on your weight loss journey.

Either way, just be careful with your water or broth temperature, as per the package directions. You don't want to end up with the dreaded protein powder puffy pancake the way I did when I first tried it and did NOT follow the directions. :(
The chicken soup can be used in other things so I worked with it more.
