Well I appreciate your wisdom. Your advise and encouragement has served Mike & I well, we are both at goal and I'm beginning to find my way in maintenance. I know for some, a different path has worked, but for far to many who come here, there hasn't been much guidance from their surgeon's office. It is good to read what successful people have done. So, here is a big thank you.

I'm on the Frisco plan. It's working for me to keep the scale moving and it is keeping me sane when the scale isn't moving.

No, no, no, don't sound all reasonable and inspiring.   Bring a little fire to an otherwise long Monday work day.  :)

I for one have missed your posts lately, I need a little brimstone and fire to get my smile on. When you and Rob are both gone, life gets a little boring around here.

And you already know what I think of "your plan".

I don't post often, but I find the information you, Elina, Allison and the other vets post super valuable!

Please continue to post about things that are working for you.

Eh, if not for you, Elina & Kairk being so outspoken, I wouldn't be where I am today.  I'm thankful for all of you.  And my pretty tiny waistline is even more thankful.  This process is a journey, and you need to get out of what you want.  Totally agreed.

Regardless of what anyone's "eating plan' is,  the "Frisco plan" is what we all need to adopt'.
