On the surface this stuff didn't sound that great to me until I made it. Holy cow this stuff is good! I do not use the splenda or stevia in this recipe so you can safely leave it out, not even sure why its in there. But I promise this will end up on your list of go to foods.

You can make this with ground pork, ground turkey, ground chicken, ground lamb, ground bison. Beef has a lot of saturated fat, still the best protein, but make sure you are not using anything more that 93/7 lean ground beef. You know I am the guy who says get your fats, but this is not how you want to get them.

This sounds great, like the innerds to an egg roll!

It kinda is but a bit more moist and much more flavor. When you said the eggroll part it occurred to me that if you made this with pork it would be a lot more like egg roll. But then it also occurred to me that you could make it with any kind of meat so I edited the post to add that in.

Thanks Keith. If you keep these new recipes coming so fast I won't have time to make one before another appears! Can you make them for me and ship them on dry ice? Seriously, I can't get my husband to eat veggies since his surgery. This may be a way to get some in.

yes, the way to get him to eat veggies is to dice them small and start making casserole type dishes so he doesn't have a choice. Make Broccoli cheese soup or cauliflower soup. Soups are a great way to get the veggies in. Check out Elina_7's Green Chicken Soup. Even the autistic kid across the street who won't eat a vegetable because of how they feel loves that soup.

Sounds like this may be dinner tonight. I already have ground turkey thawing at home right now. I'm kinda excited! LOL
