I had a weird stomach/food weekend, and it seems to be following me into the week. I'm just not hungry today.
B: Fruit and protein smoothie to change things up a little.
L: 1 oz. roast beef
S: Unjury chicken broth
D: 1.5 oz roast beef
W: behind but trying
V: On top of these
E: Been feeling very fatigued over the weekend, and am not pushing myself today.
B: chocolate peanut butter protein shake, and I liked it! Yea!
L: work lunch today at a pretty fancy place, I had half a burger with no bun
S: iced coffee
D: not sure, either making chicken paprika or going out to eat
S: ice pop
Fluid: ok
Vits: not yet
X: either zumba or gym time later...

Breakfast - Leftover cobb salad with grilled chicken
Lunch - deviled eggs
Dinner - Beef stroganoff with mixed veggies
Snack - chicken broth with protein powder if needed to keep my protein up...
Vitamins - done
Water - 3 out of 6 - need to get going
exercise - I'm heading for the recumbent bike now! (smile)

D: grilled chicken, salsa, cheese omelet, maybe a biscuit if there is room
S: rice cake with peanut butter

Vitamins: done
Exercise: walking a little more, done with physical therapy

B: Chike Iced Coffee Protein Shake (blended, not stirred, lol)
S: none ... whaaaat???
L: Antipasta Salad w/2 tsn balsamic & salsa)
S: none so far but maybe a reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese stick
D: Crock Pot Sesame Chicken
Water & Vits are good to go!
Exercise: 40 min. leisure walking & Day 1 of 30 Day Shred (I hope I do it!)
