I couldn't eat that, because I'm a vegetarian, but I could probably put away something of equal volume. Some of my co-workers complain about how much their teenage sons eat, and I can eat just as much, but I'm a 35 year old woman.  There's a reason I'm morbidly obese, and it isn't a slow metabolism.  I can't wait for surgery, and I definitely intend to follow your advice about under eating my sleeve.

I hear you. The amount of food I used to put away is disgusting to think about... I hope I always have that reaction, but realize that I have/had a serious problem that could rear its ugly head in a split second!! That's why I never say "X pounds gone forever" because that would just be kidding myself!

LOL!  Consuming it one sitting, no.   But grazing over the course of an evening, yep.  And I would have definitely had several dietCokes along the way.

Keep up the great work, and gorgeous photos of your recipes (well, and the stunning photos of you are always a treat as well!)

Oh yeah, I remember those times.  Eating an entire pizza in one day.  Half bag of Doritos in one setting.  Grazing until I felt completely ill.  Glad those days are gone at this point.  But a constant reminder of why I had the surgery and to use my tool to the fullest.

Did you really Frisco? I have never had any of those... ever... many a diet coke though but never those. Looks pretty amazing actually. Is it for real or just for the ad?
