This is how it went down.....
I ordered it by accident..... I guess I pointed at it and the next thing I know I was paying for it.......
It was huge, but not as big as the picture makes it look (you know how those photographers embellish things)
I ended up getting it a few more times on subsequent trips to Tokyo.

My equivilant to that was a whole package of Ball Park Hotdogs(8) complete with the bun, all the trimmings- cheese- goo gobs of mayo and a good movie or book to keep me occupied while I consumed. Nap to follow, then on to the entire- if I could, box of ice cream. I would plan those days, and in turn, those episodes would extend into more days like them- and weeks, and.....

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
probably about 20 oz of meat and 10 slices of cheese. Yeah, that would have been doable pre op. Maybe not all in one fell swoop, but I could have done it pretty easily I think. I was a volume eater along with my carboholism (ooohhhh look a new word!).
Now look at you getting all satisfied off of 2 oz of high quality filet mignon and a couple of asparagus spears!
Hey, have you seen or read in the news about the Sriracha plant getting complaints from the neighbors about the burning fumes, etc... and them wanting to shut down the plant? Let it not be so!
