What's your height, why do you think 150 is the right target, what are you eating, what's your exercise plan?
Under your user login you should find an option for "settings". Once you click that, you should see a tab for "message boards". It's there you can edit your signature and delete the extra pieces. Remember to scroll down and hit save once you edit the signature.

I am 7 months out, and I am definitely seeing a slow down. I've come to accept that from now on, every pound lost is going to be an effort. Perhaps its a stall, or perhaps its just that the honeymoon is over. I'm not sure.
So know that you are not alone, and don't lose faith. Maintaining is so much better than gaining. If you work the plan, the weight will come off eventually.
