Whatchya Eatin' Today VSGers? - TGIF?
B - Protein Shake (pre-workout), Rice Cake/PB/Banana (post-workout)
S - Protein Bar
L - Pork and Basil Fried Rice (more pork than rice but there was some stuck to it)
S - I have some greek yogurt but the spiciness of the basil fried rice I at is making me ill right now so may not get to it
D - Beef of some sort
S - Casein Protein or cottage cheese (also has casein protein in it)
W - On it!
V - Nope
E - 1 hour Orange Theory (did one last night at 8pm) Very tired today didn't get enough sleep and its making me "hungry"

B- Quest Bar with cup of coffee
L-Low carb Meat loaf(used light parm cheese as the binder in this recipe) with salad and light dressing
S-Snack Cheese or Greek Yogurt
D- More meat loaf..have a lot leftover..Oy! Or if we go to a resto..some protein with veggies
Water and vits..on track
Excercise- Off day
B: protein shake
L: tuna fish sandwich on orowheat thin bread
D: meatballs in sauce with melted cheese
S: trying a protein bar recipe from elina_7
