Whatchya Eatin' Today VSGers? - Monday?
I haven't made it yet - making it for dinner when I get home. I use a lot of recipes from Kalyn's Kitchen. She does South Beach, which is high protein/veg, low carb - so there are a lot of good options, especially if you look at the Phase 1 recipes.

B- Coffee, Small Banana, Protein Bar, Hour or so later Protein Shake
S- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
L- Chicken Sag, Steam Veggies, Sweet Pot.= 5 oz.
S- Greek Yogurt, Cheese Stick
S- (*Before Gym/Protein Shake*)
D- Baked Fish, Asparagus= 5 oz.
Liquids=COFFEE/water-60 oz.
Vits- Take Tonite
Exercise- Weight Class, Elliptical or 2 Mile Run
NEXT...
Breakfast - Salmon and Cucumber salad
Lunch - meatballs and cheese
Dinner - stuffed green peppers
vitamins - done
water - 4 out of 6
exercise - recumbent bike - later, if I have time - busy, busy day...
